FAQs
How much notice do I need to give you for a booking?
You can book with us at any time for any date, however we advise booking as soon as you have your venue and date secured as spaces can fill up very quickly.
How do I pay?
We require a 20% non-refundable booking fee to secure all bookings. This can be paid via bank transfer. The remaining balance can be paid at the same time or on the day at the time of delivery. Please note any payments made on the day of the event MUST be paid in cash unless prior arrangements have been made with ourselves. All remaining balances for weddings MUST be paid 24 hours BEFORE the big day.
What if I need to cancel my booking with you?
You have the right to cancel your booking but we would again like to highlight that all booking fees paid are non-refundable. Providing you give us a minimum of 7 days' notice then you have the option of rescheduling your original booking which can then be re-booked anytime within 6 months of the original date without the loss of booking fee. All rescheduled bookings must be of the same cost or more as your original booking. This is subject to availability.
How long do we get the inflatable for?
Prices are for up to a 7 hour hire MAX and can be anytime between 7am-7pm.
Can we have the inflatable overnight?
Unfortunately not. This is due to health and safety reasons as well as insurance purposes.
How long do you need to set up and pack away?
We usually require around 15/20 minutes to set the inflatable up and the same time to pack it away again.
What if it rains or it's windy?
Our inflatables are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, however in the event of wind speeds reaching 24mph or above we regret we are unable to set up. This is due to health and safety and is also in line with the health and safety executive guidelines.
If the wind speed reaches 24mph or above whilst the inflatable is on hire to you it is your responsibility to deflate the inflatable.
Our inflatables can be used in light rain showers however we have to advise that if the equipment becomes wet it can become slippery and will increase the chances of injury to users. We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time if we feel that the weather conditions are unsafe.
What's included in the price?
We supply safety mats, sand bags when required for indoor hires and pegs for outdoors hires to secure the inflatable safely. We also provide you with the blower and the extension lead. The prices on our website include delivery, set up and collection within the Inverness area and for out with a small delivery and collection cost will apply.
Is your equipment safe?
Absolutely! All of our inflatables are tested annually and carry up to date PIPA/RPII Safety certificates. All of our electrical equipment is PAT tested. We also carry up to £10 million public liability. Please ask us if you need a copy of our insurance certificate, health and safety testing certificates or risk assessments.
How much space do you require?
This depends on the size of the inflatable you have hired. Please note that we require all obstructions such as toys, washing lines, wheelie bins, garden furniture and dog faeces to be removed in time for our delivery driver arriving. During our peak season we may not be able to wait around due to other bookings.
What if my inflatable starts to deflate?
If this happens you MUST ensure everyone gets off immediately. Check that the blower has not become detached from the inflatable and check that all the electrical equipment is plugged in. If the problem persists then please contact us on 07581363097.
Please remember that we live in Scotland and the weather is not always blue skies and sunshine. When you are booking outdoors it's the inflatable you are booking with us and not the weather.
When hiring outdoors we cannot be held responsible for the weather and it's simply a risk you take!
