Terms & Conditions for Soft Play Hire

 

BALLS FROM THE BALL PIT MUST BE COLLECTED AND RETURNDED TO THE BALL PIT FOR

US ARRIVING TO COLLECT

Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed;

  1. Ensure that the equipment is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on age and size of children using it.
  2. We do not suggest that somersaults or gymnastics of any kind are performed as they could be dangerous.
  3. Avoid large children and small children using the equipment at the same time.
  4. Ensure that no-one with any medical conditions or a history of back and neck problems are allowed on the equipment.
  5. Adults should not sit on the walls of the ball pool, as this may cause the walls to collapse and puts undue strain on the joints. Safety mats must be left in place at all times.
  6. The company accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury whilst our equipment is under hire to you.
  7. Please ensure the delivery driver has a free and easy access to set the soft play up onto a clean flat surface with adequate space. We recommend at least 12x12ft.

Conditions of Hire

Once the Soft Play equipment is set up, the safe operation of the equipment becomes the hirer’s responsibility, the hirer must ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the Soft Play equipment.

  1. The Soft Play equipment has an age limit of 5 years; please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment.
  2. A responsible adult (18 or over) must supervise the equipment at all times.
  3. No Food or Drink to be consumed on the Soft Play.
  4. All shoes, glasses, badges and jewellery must be removed.
  5. No silly string to be used on or near the equipment, as this can permanently stain the equipment.
  6. The hirer is responsible for any Soft Play equipment which gets damaged, lost or stolen. A replacement will be charged.
  7. All equipment is to be returned in a clean unsoiled condition or we reserve the right to apply additional charges for cleaning.
  8. Please ensure that equipment hired is not scattered around the venue. Equipment must be collected and placed back to the setup area so we do not spend time looking for items when we arrive to collect. This will also save you time if you have a set time to be out of a venue.
  9. Please do not release our equipment to anyone other than our delivery drivers. If the driver who delivers to you is not the driver who will collect from you, they will inform you of the name of the person/people coming to collect to avoid confusion and theft of our equipment.
  10. Any damages to the equipment or missing parts will have to be paid for by the hirer named on this disclaimer.
  11. You have the right to cancel your booking but we would again like to highlight that all booking fees paid are non-refundable. Providing you give us a minimum of 7 days’ notice then you have the option of rescheduling your original booking which can then be re-booked anytime within 6 months of the original date without the loss of booking fee. This is subject to availability. All rescheduled bookings must be of the same cost or more as your original booking.
